CJ Bloor are looking to appoint a new building surveyor.

The work will predominantly be in, and around, the Birmingham area.

The work will consist of Level 2 and Level 3 RICS Home Surveys.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, forward thinking, capable of self-managing with a passion for property.

They will complete approximately 4-8 surveys a week (depending on complexity) with a set day designated to write up reports.

Full administrative assistance will be provided.

Full access to the latest technology, CPD support and RICS fees paid.

The candidate must be a member of the RICS at MRICS or FRICS level and have at least 3 years post-qualification experience in completing RICS Home Surveys.
