At CJ Bloor, we offer four key services:
Home Surveys – choose from either the Level 2 HomeBuyer Report or the Level 3 Building Survey.
RICS Valuations – this is a detailed valuation which has legal status, unlike the ones produced by estate agents.
Help to Buy Valuations – you will need this type of valuation or if you are intending to redeem your Help to Buy loan, or sell your property through the Help to Buy scheme.
EPC Assessments – an EPC shows how energy efficient your property is on a scale from A-G. It also provides recommendations on how to make your property more energy-efficient.

Step 2. We’ll send you a quotation and let you know our availability.
Step 3. If you decide to go ahead, one of our surveyors will attend your property and conduct the survey/valuation.
Step 4. We’ll then send the report to you within agreed timeframe.
Step 5. Once you’ve had a chance to read the report, you’ll have the opportunity to ask the surveyor any questions you may have over the phone, or by email.
