Quick Turnaround – thanks to our investment in the latest surveying technology, we can deliver reports directly to your inbox, quickly, and securely. Our digital and mobile platforms make our workflow more efficient and allow us to communicate with stakeholders more effectively.
Cost-Effectiveness – we’re a local firm, which means we can provide a more competitively priced service.
At CJ Bloor, we offer the following key services:
Homebuyer Surveys – suitable for modern houses in good condition, a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey can help you make an informed decision when purchasing your new home.
Building Surveys – suitable for older houses and ones that are in poor condition, or have been modified. We’re proud to have produced 1000’s of Level 3 Building Surveys across the country.
Help to Buy Valuations – these are required for re-mortgage or when you come to sell your Help to Buy Home. We’re proud to be one of the largest Help to Buy Valuation companies and we’ve never had a valuation report rejected.
RICS Valuations – these are detailed valuations which have legal status, unlike the ones produced by estate agents, required for Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial and Capital Gains Tax purposes.
Energy Performance Certificates – if you are renting or selling your property you will need an EPC. An EPC shows how energy efficient your property is. The property is graded between A-G, with A being the best rating.
Phone Mast Advice – do you have a phone mast on your land? This is a specialist area with very few surveyors having sound knowledge on the intricate legalities surrounding such matters. Contact us to discuss your case and see how we can maximise your income.
