What we do
CJ Bloor Property Consultants provides residential RICS surveys and valuations for private clients across the North West, Yorkshire, the West Midlands, and North Wales.
I am directly involved in the day-to-day management of the practice. From how instructions are handled through to the standards our surveys are delivered to, the way our service operates is something I take responsibility for personally.
While each survey is carried out by an experienced, RICS-qualified surveyor, my role is to ensure the framework around that work is consistent, well-managed, and properly governed. That means clear processes, professional oversight, and a service clients can rely on from start to finish.

What happens if I have questions after I receive my report?
You can contact us directly after your report is delivered for clarification. Where needed, our office will coordinate with the surveyor to ensure you get accurate explanations and practical next steps.
