We generate the work, qualify it and price it. You are sent jobs in your own area with the client details, access arranged and the fee agreed before you travel.

We are an RICS regulated firm looking for qualified surveyors to take instructions in their own area. You inspect and report. We find the work, price it, arrange access, handle the client and chase the money.

Our platform is there if you want it
Our own survey software is available to you: photographs, condition ratings and the standard wording are already in it, and it is built for writing at the property rather than typing up at 9pm. Your judgement is the part that matters.

We handle the client
Quoting, chasing, invoicing, the follow-up call, and the awkward questions three weeks later. You inspect and report.

You are paid per job
A fixed fee per instruction, agreed up front, invoiced monthly. Sole traders and limited companies both work; we pay VAT on top where you are registered.
What we need
The bar, stated plainly.
- RICS qualified — FRICS, MRICS or AssocRICS, or an equivalent listed on the form
- Your own professional indemnity insurance, evidenced
- A sole trader or limited company set up to invoice us
- Enough local knowledge to stand behind a report on the area you cover
- A sample report you are willing to have read properly

What we will not do
We will not send you into an area you do not know to hit a coverage target. We will not ask you to sign off a report you have not written. And we will not take an instruction we cannot staff properly. The postcode checker on this site turns work away every week for exactly that reason.

Questions surveyors ask
Is this employment or self-employed consultancy?
Consultancy. You invoice us per instruction as a sole trader or limited company, carry your own professional indemnity insurance, and decide how much work you take. It is not a salaried post and we do not pretend otherwise.
How much work would I get?
It depends entirely on demand in your postcodes and how much you want. We would rather send a surveyor a steady flow in an area they know than spread thin coverage across a county. Tell us the postcodes you genuinely cover and we will be straight about the volume.
Do I need my own survey software?
No. Our own platform is available to you, and it is built for writing at the property rather than typing up afterwards. We ask which software you use today so we know what you are used to and can talk through how you want to work.
What happens after I apply?
Every application is read personally. We check RICS status and insurance, read a sample report, and talk to you. If it is a fit you get a consultancy agreement to sign and we get you set up.
